This hotel is cheap and very quet for a nice sleep. The rooms were clean, big enough, food also very nice for the price. The staff was also polite and helpful. It is a little bit out of town but all in all I was very satisfied.

I was worried when the taxi driver drove us into a residential area and dropped us off at this hotel. The staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were very large. We dinner Saturday night was great, but we woke up Sunday to find that other than breakfast no food is available on Sunday. There is no way to... More

The staff was polite, the room was clean and sized for a three star hotel, but need a little refresh, the food served at the restaurant was very good. The only complaints are related to the location of the hotel - hard to find without GPS and wireless internet work with interruptions and slow.

Hotel Gaj We got really good directions from the hotel, because it’s slightly off the beaten track. I would recommend that if you decide to book this hotel you ask for directions via public transit. The hotel is located in a quiet residential district about 45 minutes to get to the center by public transit – so quite a hike.... More

We were recommended this hotel by friends in Zagreb as a good clean cheap Hotel and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Despite having 40 of us check in was made simple and the on site bar/restaurant is excellent. Admittedly the breakfast leaves a little to be desired and many of our party nipped off to the local... This hotel was booked by my company and I was there few times, with and without car. It was minutes away from my company, and 10 minutes away from city center. Public transportation is cheep and close by, so I used bus more and leave the car on guarded parking, because is quite hard to find parking in center of... More

I was afraid when i read reviews of this hotel, because, whoever wrote these reviews, are people that only go to the fancy places. This hotel, for the price of 60 Euros per night is very clean, rooms are very nice, with big double beds, clean bathrooms, pleasant people and FANTASTIC and cheap food. Ok, the location is not the... Hotel Gaj is located out of Zagreb and it is very difficult to find the hotel. They took our passports during check-in and altough we requested to take them back, they said that "our check-in process is long so you don't have to wait for it." Altough we said that "we can wait and we want to our passports back,... More
