I was afraid when i read reviews of this hotel, because, whoever wrote these reviews, are people that only go to the fancy places. Hotel Gaj is located out of Zagreb and it is very difficult to find the hotel. They took our passports during check-in and altough we requested to take them back, they said that "our check-in process is long so you don't have to wait for it."
