We stayed at the Jagerhorn for three nights. We found that all the staff were very nice and friendly and spoke at least some English, with the girls on the desk all speaking it very fluently. We were made welcome on arrival, (Jagerhorn arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport) and after settling into our room had... More

We had spent 2 nights in Zagreb, namely to visit Plitvice Lakes. A few key notes on the hotel-- Pluses: 1) location is central----in a pedestrian only zone 2) front desk service is friendly. Not exceptional, but helpful enough 3) price is quite reasonable 4) breakfast service is excellent Not really pluses: 1) location makes it difficult to arrive with... More

Like all hotel there are positives and negatives. Hotel Jagerhorn is centrally located, very close to the main square and cathedral, so it is very convenient to stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful, coordinated a tour and arranged taxi rides for us. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff was attentive, making sure we got what we... More

Customer service at this hotel is brilliant, and they were very helpful by email before i arrived. Very centrally located, so easy to walk everywher from here. Rooms comfortable with good linens and very clean. Nice outside area for food and drink, and staff excellent. Only downsides were church bells ringing at 6:30am (in the week?), and i could not... Perfectly located within easy walking distance of upper and lower town. Reception staff are amazing - no request is too much. Taxi transfer from the hotel was arranged for us before we even left the UK. Breakfast - great. Drink and jazz on a balmy night on the secluded terrace at the bottom of the steps up to Old Town... Very near to the old town and in Central Zagreb the hotel was a very pleasant stay. It was nice and quiet of a night. The only issue was with the wifi in our room it was a little out of range so kept on having to go into the hallway and reconnect.

Everything was great. The staff very friendly, breakfast very good, rooms so beautiful and the location in the middle of old town! Everything is within walking distance, so no need for buses, taxis. It is a busy but very quiet area and the hotel is discretely tucked away behind a passage. It was an old building, which has been beautifully... More

The hotel is in between the upper and lower old town of Zagreb. Actually, you can walk through thee hotel and climb stairs from the garden to the upper city. The hotel is close to the central square, the market, the shopping area, and more. The rooms are clean and comfortable, most of them looking to the hotel garden. This... More
