This is a small hotel located on the main street for downtown Zagreb - 800 meters from the main square. I was pleasantly surprised by the very friendly service by both morning and afternoon staff. I had read reports on this site and was prepared for the worst. They are fluent in English and go out of their way to... More

for a mere €33 this was a bargain. Receptionists were jolly talkative chaps. Breakfast was pretty basic but if all you need is a quick snack then you'll be fine. Interesting gilded furniture in the lobby, where they'd been hosting a Serbian Embassy reception the night before. I'd use it again.

Location is OK, near Britanac square(Britanski trg)but for Zagreb which is not a big city you can find even better location for that money in hotel or apartment. On the other hand staff employed in the hotel is very unpolite and unprofessional. Breakfast is very, very poor and bad quality food. Room and the whole entirior is ugly and fool... More

This hotel is awful. It has old rooms, the rooms are not clean, the beds are a nightmare, only bad stuff to say. Even the breakfast is not really a breakfast, it's just "some bread, jam, and milk". I will never get back there. Especially because this isn't even cheap.

I liked this place because it was within walking distance of the old town, but far enough away to work with our rental car. They have a small parking lot in their courtyard, and I emailed them beforehand about bringing the car. The staff was very helpful in helping me get parked (tight squeeze, like a lot of Croatian towns!)... More

Me and my girlfriend decided to stay at this hotel for a few days while visiting Zagreb and we simply loved it. The staff was really polite and kind, they were always available to give us hints on where to lunch and what to do. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple but very good.

Hotel staff was horrifying. The receptionist did not want to give me the keys from my car and advised us to come next morning at 7:00 when the guy who charged us for parking would be present. Using a threat to call inspection and police he managed to find the key and introduced himself like the owner:( On the other... More

hotel is situated in a very good place. In the centre of the city, close to the market and shops. There are problem with places for the car, but they usually have one if you inform earlier. I didn't like the breakfast. Iwas twice in this hotel. Once during weekend (I have seen many tourists)- there was bigger choice for... More

I had one big problem on my arrival in Zagreb and stemming from my train from Bratislava being four hours late (See my review for B&B Domino there). When I arrived at 1am to find my B&B (understandably) dark and locked and had to trudge back towards the centre of Zagreb, the hotel with a night porter I found was... More
