Outdated furniture, but decent rooms and bathrooms which are generally clean. Helpful staff but still can't understand why you can exchange EUR for kuna but not the opposite! The breakfast is superb and the location is convenient (close to the Arena and some mall plus famous discounter store). Main issue is the lack of aircon and no nets on the... More

This hotel maybe once was majestic but unfortunately those days are long gone. The main corridor through the hotel takes on the appearance of an arcade with lots of other business operating from there. The breakfast to be honest was very basic. The rooms are extremely basic. I struggle to find a lot good to say as even the location... More

I stayed in ''I'' Hotel for a week in February on a business trip. All i can say is, ''are you kidding me?'' This is a washed up has been 3* hotel....It looks like it's older than Zagreb itself, the rooms went back in time to the 1990's and stayed there, the restaurant is locked with a CHAIN overnight, a... Stayed there for one night, it's and older hotel, they still use keys, and have shower curtains and that'n not so usual at this time. But for the price I payed, it's ok... It was the nearest one from Zagreb airport and that was the main reason I stayed there

If you don't mind the doors don't latch, the shower head falls off the wall and leaks like a sieve. Then this place is great. Rooms are large, but the bed feel like cardboard box, stuck inside a shallow grave. Breakfast is a recurring cold simulation of eggs and meat products. Blah.

This was a clean, friendly hotel, a throwback to another age when the clientele was clearly the Communist upper crust. Today it serves very middle-incomed groups who come in tours from Bulgaria, Ukraine, Russia, Belerusse, et al. Because it was not filled when I was there -- was in fact rather empty -- it felt ghostly, haunted. But in a... More

My husband, son and I stayed in this hotel for 10 days and couldn't find any faults with the service or staff. They were very friendly and the room was very clean. There is public transport to Ban Jelacic- either by tram (which is a 15 minute walk from the hotel) or the bus which stops just outside Arena Zagreb.... More

Room with space and a terrace. But the breakfast it's very poor. It's in the other side of the zagreb (of the river) so I recomend you to have a car. With a car it's 5 minutes if you have GPS because there is no indications in the city. It's quiet the hotel and you have park.
