The Westin is a centrally located hotel in Zagreb, right next to a tram stop that takes you all over the city. While the hotel is not new, it is clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. The only real negative for me was the blandness of the property - I could have... More

The good: The Westin is a very large hotel close to the centre of Zagreb. Beds are comfy and the gym has been recently renovated. The breakfast is above average but not 5 star quality. The bad: There are no slippers in the room or cotton buds. Also there was no water other than in the mini bar. Reception didn't... More

I had to stay a night here after my original hotel had no air con so they moved me to Westin. Very Large lobby area with old fashioned furnishings. I was on a Starwood preferred floor so wouldn't want to see the non preferred. Dated dark furniture made the room a bit depressing. Nice view though from level 9. Bathroom... More

Nice location - about 15 min walk to Old Town. Building kind of scary looking from outside, but okay inside. Nice view if you are on higher floors and are facing Old Town. Clean. One of our rooms smelled too strong with air deodorant/freshener and also got very stuffy at night, so we had to open up windows. Instant coffee... More

The Westin is well-positioned within easy walking distance of the city centre and attractive landmarks, yet away from the hustle and bustle of city activities. For those who are not inclined to walk the distance, the tram stops are close to the hotel. The somewhat dated decor of the rooms and the lobby is well compensated by the splendor and... More

Our two night stay here was at the beginning of an 8 day tour through Croatia down to Dubrovnik. Starting at the Westin in was the perfect place to begin our trip. Spacious rooms, king bed, large bathroom, friendly helpful staff. The dining/restaurant large, food fresh and a large selection for all tastes. Loved the fresh selection of cheeses. Just... More

Don't let the outside deceive you. It's really worth it! The personnel is well informed and very friendly. For nightlife visit the city center and plenty of food there as well. Its 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. If u want a good central hotel in Zagreb i really recommend the Weastin

We stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights on the last leg of our tour with a tour group in a twin bedded room (Room 1020) on the 10th Floor with awesome views of the city from our window. The Hotel Lobby is huge, modern and has lots of atmosphere. You can easily spend lots of time there-people watching or... More

I went here to meet up with friends, who were traveling around Europe, and I arrived to this hotel before they did. I didn't have a reservation, but the staff behind the counter was nice enough to let me wait for my friends at the lobby. There was free WiFi, which made my waiting a lot easier. The hotel's decor... This hotel exemplifies Westin hotels. Excellent location in lovely park-like setting only two blocks from core tourist area, loads of restaurants, and outdoor entertainment. Service excellent, rooms spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast very good offering full hot and cold items.
