I chose this hotel for a break on road trip between Split and Munich. Hotel is nice and clean, parking is convenient, and location is good. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Amenities are quite basic (no comb, toothbrush/paste...), but other than that, nice place.

We stay in this hotel for a week, and it was perfect! we loved the room with magic view on Zagreb...If you park the car in Hotel you do not need car .... all is so close to the city center....The front desk was very helpful and one lady specially did more than she suppose to just to make sure all... Im surprised to see that the other reviews indicated they had a bad experience at the Westin. After two weeks in Croatia we stayed here before our flight to our next destination. The staff was friendly. The room was great and was a good value. Only complaint was the air conditioning didnt cool room to our satisfaction.

If this property is representative of the Westin chain of hotels then I was sadly mistaken to think that this was a higher end hotel. The hotel exterior and interior are in bad need of updating. The rectangular cement building is an eyesore when viewed from the cannon tower on the hill above. The rooms are quite dated although we... More

Checking into a 5 star hotel with my New Zealand Moari friend who is quite well dressed, all extremely well spoken and polite and as the owner the Australian franchise of a well known international dance studio is not too short of a dollar I was astounded when after leaving me sick in the room to go shopping on returning... Clean and safe property, excellent location, easily walkable to the city center, pleasant and friendly staff, great gym and pool facilities. 3 breakfast/pastry shops across the street with excellent breakfast items (much better choice for us than 25 Euro breakfast option at the hotel). Wifi codes kept having to be reentered every time the devices tried to access the network,... More

Decent place to stay when in Zagreb. Hotel is within walking distance to most of the local points of interest. Rooms are of the good size, although most need refurbishing. Personnel is experienced and helpful. Breakfast in the hotel is quite good although I would like to see more fresh fruit offered. I like convenient garage in the basement although... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at The Westin in Zagreb. The location is perfect - safe walk to many areas of the city, near attractions, tons of cafes, tram. The staff is friendly and speaks English. Breakfast at the hotel each day was awesome with lots to choose from. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was... More

The more I travel the more I like this kind of hotel . Even though our airline lost our luggage the staff soon made us feel ok with a quick supply of essentials and a check as to when we might see our cloths again . The rooms are a good size and have everything you need from wi -... More

The Westin is located in the museum district of Zagreb which is a great area to wander for a day or so. It is also within easy walking distance to the old town and restaurant row. It is quiet, although a train runs by the rear of the hotel so I suggest a room in the front. The rooms are... More
