Hotel not up to Westin Standards. Just ok. All public areas and my room needed updating. Stains on carpets, walls. It's tired! It is in a good location next to train sto or can walk to old town/up town area.

If you're in town for business and the Hotel Esplanade is full, this is a decent substitute, though less luxurious and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel hosts large group events and meetings and has a high standard of service. The lobby is large and a good place for informal meetings. The exterior is bland and unappealing. The bar is also good... More

It is a very large hotel. The rooms are fine. The restaurants is quite fine, but food is not a gourmet- style. The location is good, only few blocks from old town. The wifi in the rooms are poor. It is stopping all the time and you must have a different code for all devices. The gym and spa in... More

Really enjoyed this hotel. Comfortable room and bed, nice lobby, good food at restaurants. Check in and check out was easy and hotel staff pleasant. I would definitely recommend The Westin Zagreb for a city center stay.

Stayed here 2 nights recently in a westin gst office - which is like a suite, really. Hotel is not terribly exciting from the outside, old communist style functional architecture and box like design. The common areas have seen better days. The public computers weren't working. However, the staff were helpful or at least they tried, appeared genuinely friendly and... More

Westin Zagreb is without any doubt very good choice if you travel for business or pleasure to Zagreb. The location is excellent: main city center square (Trg Bana Jelacica) is just 10 minutes easy walk. If you are looking for a cultural entertainment, major Zagreb museum is 50 meters from the hotel while National Theater is about 100 meters. Public... More

We always go some place new for our anniversary. This year it was Zagreb. The hotel we look for has to be central, good standard, good reviews and possibly with a spa and pool. I shopped around quite a bit before I had narrowed it down to 2 hotels. I then contacted them directly; you usually get a better deal... More

I stayed two nights for business at this hotel and everything was great. Staff is fantastic, really polite and helpful. The conference rooms are excellent and the sales staff are great and very helpful in organizing to all your needs. My room was really clean with nice furniture and free WIFI. The only thing this hotel needs is a small... More
