Stayed 2 nights at the Westin last week. Our tour group got back to the hotel at 8pm. The staff had forgotten to make up our room during the day so we just made our bed and used the dirty towels from the day before. I had noticed that the air conditioning was not working. Another member of our group... More

This is a fine upscale hotel as expected from Westin. It is about 5-8 blocks away from the central square at the foot of the old city. The rooms are clean, neat and roomy. Wi-fi is free. Breakfast (including champagne) is typical European and plentiful. Several of the trolley/tram lines go right down the street toward the central square and... More

I recently had the good fortune to be able to help my Mom tick off a bucket list event. Her grandson, my nephew, dances with the Croatian National Ballet, and she had long wanted to watch him dance. However, she's getting on a bit now, and doesn't travel too well on her own. I was in the UK for family... More

The hotel is really outstanding. I like the atmosphere in the lobby and bars. Staff was very helpfull and always on disposal to meet our needs. Rooms are clean and spacious. I had some problems with card payment at the check out, but thanks to the receptionist who provided me phone numbers and called the bank I manage to sort... More

We were scheduled to stay two nights at the Westin Zagreb at the end of our group trip, but illness required us to extend that to six nights and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The room was a good size and we were extremely grateful for that since we spent so much extra time in it. The... More

The hotel had warm and welcome feel to it. The 5th floor walls had black scuff marks on them making the place feel like a 2 star and not well maintained. Food in buffet hall is very nice, just need more waiters as the only 2 i saw were very busy and took long to get drinks.

Our final night at the Balkans we checked in to this Westin with high hopes, begin in the capitol of Croatia. We were let down by the physical appearance of the hotel. It is definitely a business hotel with a huge and spacious lobby, but everything in there remained me of a great hotel badly needing a face-lift. Our room... More

A great hotel at the center of the city. Excellent service, nice rooms and good food at the hotel. Excellent venue for conferences and meetings. The hotel offers many facilities as spa, gym and a swimming pool.

Very comfortable Hotel, with very friendly staff, great variety of breakfast and dinner food, staff very polite, and good with their English, rooms are fairly comfortable, get a little bit of traffic noise as it is on the main thoroughfare, but very close to everything and the historical sights, are breathtaking, such a lovely walk at night, close to shops,... The best thing is the bed. Cozy and super comfortable even for picky customers. Room big and spacious. Good cleaning. Nice lobby. Helpful and courteous. The restaurant could stand a general improvement especially the dinner "buffet" Excellent congierge although a bit overworked. Restaurant expensive for what it is in Croatia
