I agree with one of the reviewers in that considering this is a boutique hotel, the service could have been better. The staff members were helpful because they had to be. But you could tell that if they weren't bothered for their whole shift, that would have been fine. Not what I expect in a boutique hotel. The room had... more

Zagreb was a city in which hotels are, for the most part, greatly overpriced, with even mediocre hotels in weak locations charging pretty stiff rates. With this in mind, we decided to splurge on the Hotel Dubrovnik, as it wasn't a whole lot more expensive than other hotels out of the city center -- and the city-center of Zagreb is... more

You can't get a better hotel than this in Zagreb. There were 19 of us and we had 8 doubles and 1 triple room. For £60 per person per night this is great value. There is no 24 hour bar but we didn't need one as the city has more than enough to offer. Zagreb is a beautiful city and... more

Recently renovated, the Hotel Dubrovnik has a great location right on Ban Jelacic Square in the heart of Zagreb, convenient to both the old town and the museums in the newer part of town. My room was very clean and everything worked as it should. The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke good English. I would happily stay here... more

Got booked there by colleagues. The room was very small, nearly "Japanese" and simply equipped. Wifi was strong, but was rather awkward to get connected to. A breakfast was included and plentiful. You are in the middle of the city, in the shopping street. Disadvantage is that taxis cannot reach the hotel really. You have to walk at least 60... more

Traveling from Ljubliana to Zagreb by train, we were only going to be in Zagreb one night before we picked up a car and moved on. I hoped to book a room before we left on the website. I never heard, so left it at chance. When we checked in, they did have a reservation for us. The room was... more

we stayed here on the first 2 nights of our stay in croatia and on the last one coming home. i loved this hotel. the Croats were playing England in soccer and the town was filled with livelyness, to say the least. there were 1000s of red checker boarded shirts on everyone and the chants went up and down the... more

Stayed at the Dubrovnik for 2 nights after reading the reviews here and found an extremely good deal online. It was good value given its location and breakfast was also included in the price. Free internet was available on the ground floor in the business centre but neither wired or wireless net access was available in my room. The room... more

This hotel is a very nice modern hotel right on a main square. Perfect for business travelers and tourists alike. The rooms and bathrooms were great. The front desk was friendly and helpful and the breakfast which was included was amazing. The selection of food catered to all tastes and was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel and would... more

Great Location. Excellent service. Rooms were small; so I wanted to give this hotel 4.5 stars b/c of room size, but I guess that's Europe (vs. hotel rooms in USA, which are much larger). Other than that, I have no complaints. I had a single room (which has one double or full size bed, a desk, a TV and TV... more
