We usually stay at the Sheraton Zagreb once or twice a year for one or two nights. It's clear the hotel has seen better days. The carpets in the hallways are discolored and need replacing and the usual service seems to have slipped a bit. We found that hypoallerginic pillows requested were not in the room, and we had to... more

I love their business center, they have 5 computer stations where you can check your emails and surf the net. Moreover, the business center is located right next to the piano area. Talk about an entertainment system, although I didn't request any song. What impressed me the most is the free OJ that they served when we were checking in.... more

Overall a good business hotel. Nothing spectacular, but very clean and the personell is professional.Of course one could find small mistakes, but that's not the purpose of travel. The spa is nice, however if there are more than four swimmers in the pool it gets crowded, same is true about the area around the outside whirlpool. more

We stayed here a few nights. The hotel had a very nice lobby. The rooms were normal, though very clean. The front desk was very professional and good. The pool was OK and Jacuzzi was nice. Though, they wanted people to pay for pool towels. There was no complementary breakfast, and the pay breakfast was just OK. It’s a nice... more

Location is good, walking distance to the city center. Rooms are bit run down with visible stains. If you expect 5 star hotel – this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Room price was adequate, we definitely got what we paid for. Breakfast was above the average and stuff was helpful and friendly. I would go back if we would... more

The hotel's location is exceptional, but was turned off by the pool area. Many burned out lights in the locker room, the toilets were covered by tape and not working, stained ceiling, the water in the pool didn't seem to clean either. Needs some TLC. more

we spent two nights at the Sheraton in Zagreb. I must say 5-star is a bit of over-estimation. We were freezing - there was about 65 F in the room. there was no heating, and because the AC unit could only cool the room, and the windows were sealed (cos of the noisy street) there was no fresh air either.... more

Location - spot on.Staff-professional and efficient.Room-comfortable,clean and well maintained.I used the pool and jacuzzi every morning to set me up for sight-seeing(and drinking).Eating and drinking in the hotel is a bit pricey compared to the rest of Zagreb but not as bad as one might expect. No negatives from me on this hotel. more

Was moved here from Westin, after water closure at Westin. Paid 135 € / night including breakfast. Which was the same as Westin, but Westin is ten times nicer! The hotel was very quiet, but I was not given preffered room, even though I have elite status with SPG. Was given a horrible room on the second floor, the room... more
