The facility needs to be renovated and furniture renewed urgently. The bathroom is very small which means that you can not turn around in it. Cleanliness is very questionable. The pictures on the site are not how the room really looks like. Also the picture of how the breakfast looks like is not what we have experienced. The only positive... More

The hotel is very well placed near the centre of the town. Unfortunately the rooms are very small for an extensive stay. Good for one night, though. The wifi signal was very weak, not working most of the time. Breakfast OK, included in the price.

Stayed here for one night at the beginning of a two week trip through croatia. The hotel is located in the area east of the centre with easy access to a tram that will quickly get you into the city. This place consists of around 14 rooms built behind the main row of housing with parking for a couple of... More

the friendly staff and the quiet location in a kind of courtyard away from the street noise makes this small hotel worth staying .. the rooms are rather small and the breakfast is a bit limited .. on the other hand it's relatively cheap .. 20 minutes walk to town centre ..

Spend one night in it in november 2012,and all I can say its just an average b&b for a bit spicy ammount (50 euros) a night. Maybe it is a bit lower than average. The guy that worked at the reception the night i came said that i will have a 10% discount when i pay in the morning, but the... More

This was ak place to stay. The room was very affordable, and the metro line is right outside so it is easy and cheap to get anywhere. Really too far to walk from the bus station. The room was ok but really small, so if you are a larger person you would have trouble fitting here.

We booked the hotel for three nights but definitely where disappointed, there is a huge difference between the pictures on their site and what it really is. The room we booked was uncomfortably small, window facing a different building, we had the impression from the site that it as located facing the park but the park is not close (unless... More

Maksimir is just a few tram stops from the center, in a courtyard in an old villa Pleasant rooms, free wi-fi, huge breakfast. Staff were very, very, very helpful--they even helped me order a special birthday cake for my son and had it delivered! We also loved huge Maksimir Park a few blocks away. We'd stay there again.
