They boast "near the airport" but charge 15 euros for a pick-up. When you arrive, check the contents of the basket of chocolate bars and the mini-bar. I had 2 choc bars missing and one drink. Overall the hotel is decent. However the staff acts absolutely unprofessional. Only if you like to be completely dismissed and wait for a long time should you try the restaurant. The wait staff is focused on serving only large groups. Individual clients are not important for them, which is why you won’t get a lot of attention. In the lobby... more

We had never been to Bulgaria before so choosing a hotel was a bit hit and miss. After searching the internet we decided on The Accord Hotel, Vladmir Vassov Boulevard, Sofia.
