I was attending a conference at the Kempinski Hotel and chose the Lozenetz Hotel as a cheaper alternative since it had walking distance to the conference hotel. The only negative we encountered was when the hotel had a problem with the air conditioning and they were not forward in coming forward and letting us know there was a problem, although it was sorted out, it could have been done quicker.
