The Radisson Sofia is situated right in the heart of the city very clothe to the cathedral. The room are well furnished even if a bit simple for a Radisson and some refurbishment would be necessary. But, anyway, it is good, clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpfull and try to help efficiently what ever possible you could hope.... more

One of the big 5 in the city (Hilton, Kempinski, Sheraton, Grand Hotel, Radisson) it is listed as a Radisson SAS and sometimes as a Blu. It is definitely NOT a Blu. The room was nice, we were three people and were given a double room, unfortunately they felt a supplement of 35 Euros a night onto a 100 Euro... more

This has to be one of the best hotels I ever stay in if not the best, I can not praise this hotel enough, I found it on late rooms and paid £80 for 3nights B/B for two. Its set in the most wonderful square your right in the middle of sofia so everything is on your door step. When... more

Whilst the rooms were not amazing (don't expect to be overwhelmed by luxury features & the kettle in our superior room was a bit temperamental) they were still very comfortable, offered solid 5 star accommodation and was great value for money. More importantly the staff were excellent and the location was superb with amazing views overlooking the main cathedral and... more

It was really weird to be in this hotel, as it is really luxurious and the rooms are really spacious, elegant and simply "grand". But the staff is a different story - quite cold, uninviting. You can really feel the cold war era here... They also have a bizarre looking disco there! more

The manager of the restaurant was near evil. The rooms are good and bathrooms ok. My cardigan was stolen and the concierge gave wrong advice. Aside from that the location is great and overall ok more

Average Business Hotel, no Highlight, average plus check inn, rooms a little bid odd, not a preferred hotel of my firm, in average therefore quite expensive, nothing special, you may use it, but you will find better in Budapest more

This is a good modern hotel - what I would call a good international standard - no concessions necessary for it being in an Eastern European country. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms, with a bath and separate, large shower. Having booked with Expedia, breakfast was not included and they wanted something ridiculous like twenty euros a person... more

The Radissonsas Sofia has big and clean rooms with free internet. The location is excellent, close to the city center and the airport. The gym is small, unfortunately no swimmingpool. Flannagans Bar & Restaurant is a nice place to eat and have a beer at. The breakfast in this hotel excellent. more

We were two couples travelling to Sofia on a mixed business and pleasure week end. We booked Business Class Rooms which included as well beakfast as shuttle service to and from the airport. The success started at the airport where a polite front desk boy waited for us taking us to the hotel. The hotel was clean and well managed,... more
