Decent hotel despite a bit spartan furnishing (the wardrobe without doors...?) Cleaning could be improved, so as room service (dinner for travellers arriving late). The staff at reception could be more competent about the surroundings not just say "I'm not from around here". The rest is Ok, nice breakfast, steady wifi, good location.

Brand new entrance foyer and even a gymnasium coming soon. same great location and superb service from very friendly staff. Many more top-end cars parked outside these days. As always you get a great sleep with luxury feather pillows and very comfortable beds.

My husband was on business and I was relaxing for five nights. Lovely hotel within walking distance of all attractions. Room are spacious, very clean. Our room was at the back and was very quiet. Great nights sleep. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful. Only negative, no leisure centre. Highly recommend.

Great hotel just in the center of Sofia within walking distance to all attractions and very quiet. The view is also great as the hotel is facing parliament and also Alexander Nevsky church. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I was very pleased with customer service and a yummy breakfast. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is mainly a business hotel, meaning the hotel can get away with high prices, and that it is totally empty on the weekends when you have it all to yourself.
