The hotel is quite new, staff is very attending and the location is also ok for Sofia. It is not in the strict centre, but 10 minutes drive and you are there. Arriving at reception I could not have been made more welcome by the very helpful and friendly staff. I was upgraded to a superior room with corner windows which provided a spectacular view across the city. I expect more from Sofia, as it's capital of country. I was dissapointed very much.
