I just spent over a week in Bulgaria in a number of different hotels, apartments and guest houses, and WOULD NOT recommend Hotel Serdika. The rooms are small and uncomfortable and do not offer good value for the money--and be prepared to pay more than what is advertised online. I have just come back from a couple of days in Bulgaria and stayed for one night at the Hotel Serdika in Sofia.
