“Cheap and central apartments, but very low quality”

We stayed in 2 bedroom apartments for 1 night. It is not suitable for families, only for group of easy going guys. Clean enough. Wi-fi available. Very small english breakfast in cafe close by. Upon arriving to the Orient Express Hostel we were led, as expected, to our PRIVATE apartment. We were brought down the street to a separate building.Next it was up four flights of stairs.
