i stayed at this hotel for one night for a conference which was also held on the premises. it is very close to the airport- 5 minutes taxi ride, but a bit far from the city center. the hotel is large with lots of rooms and an interesting elevator system, my room was on the 7th floor- it was a... The hotel is at the entrance of Sarajevo, and it is necessary to use a taxi (recommended) or public transport to the city. Recommendation for rotating rooftop restaurant, dinner excellent, service very good. For breakfast a different story, a poor offer, impolite staff. The rooms could use a renovation, especially the bathroom which is not clean enough (untreated toilet immediately... More

Two amazing nights. I wanted for nothing. Location, Facilities, Parking, my room, my bed - Perfect. Merima at Reception will take good care of you. She knows English. She's courteous and professional. The 360 degree rotating restaurant floor - Amazing! Allows you to behold the 360 degree sights of Sarajevo.

I went to Sarajevo but I was fair disappointed because the whole town is dirty and when people spot that you're not from Sarajevo, they try to trick you in many ways, and they are very creative I must admit. Hotel is 5-6 km out of town and and it's not really 5 star hotel, rooms are large, not very... More

Modern, striking building built on the former site of a newspaper's office, photos in the lobby show some of the history. Friendly staff, excellent room which was comfortable, spacious, had a huge bathroom and wrap around windows with beautiful views. Leisure factilities are excellent. The indoor pool is good size and there is sauna, steam room etc. Hotel's restaurant is on... More

First timer impression was good. From this location we enjoyed looking at places from high above. It is a comfortable place. The room was clean, staff were kind, breakfast was at the roof with 360 degrees city view... But its atmosphere is reserved / unfriendly, this is a wonderful place to visit with lots to see, however a little confronting... More

Rooms was clean, staff was kind, breakfast was at the roof with 360 degrees city view... But its atmosphere is unfriendly, something is deficient. Bathroom was good but bed quality was mean. Above all, hotel far from this little beautiful city and its surrounding has no charming spot.
