We were sleeping there for 2 nights. Great location and excellent service. Front desk and reception could not have been more helpful. Hotel had everything you'd expect. Not too modern but everything was clean, comfortable and in full working order. Rooms and loby had Wi-Fi internet access. I can more than recomend it! More

The hotel is old, rooms need refurbishment, there was no internet (or slow - cant remember). Service and food was poor. But you dont have much choice in Sarajevo. It will save you some money though. More
