I stayed at the Victoria for 6 nights as a business traveller in October 2008. This modern establishment, completed in 2007, is a competitive alternative to other higher category hotels in the city. For this part of the world it was a nice surprise. The rooms have 2 single beds but are nicely decorated and the bedding is quite comfortable. Large bathroom. Free wi-fi in the lobby only. more

Just come back from a business trip to Minsk staying at the Victoria for 2 nights. I have no idea whether the hotel is central or not- as I only left it to go back to the airport (which is 48 kms away!) but there seemed to be nothing obvious around to suggest a town centre/ shops nearby.
