The hotel is close to the central street (prospect nezalezhnosti), and in the center of many attractions. The sports arena is across the street, many shops and restaurants are around. The Troizkoe Predmestie (village) is close too, with its old style traditional architecture and numerous souvenir stores. The rooms are ok, but still have the old soviet type of furniture... More

Yubileiny Hotel was 15 minutes walk away to Lenin Street that I consider downtown. The hotel built during the last decades of USSR era, had a typical cold and monotonous communist allure. The reception staff was nice. The room was small but clean, the bathroom had all necessary amenities. The breakfast was below average. There was a prepaid wireless internet... More

Stayed here with five friends in five single rooms between 7/11/2014 - 10/11/2014. Overall impressions of this hotel were very good. The Reception/Lobby Staff were very nice and helpful. OK occasionally one or two may have looked a little sad but you have to remember compared to their equivalents in parts of the West they don't get paid very much... More

Hotel was built in the former USSR times as an "Intourist"; you can notice if from the typical style seen many other places around the former Soviet bloc countries. Overall, cannot complain. The staff was helpful, the location is good, area is safe. As for the hotel and amenities it is stuck in the original concept of the building, this... More

I hadn't expected much from this traditional Soviet era hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Contrary to some of the reviews here, the receptionists were helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic and although they are not luxurious, they are clean and warm. The bathroom facilities are a bit old fashioned but perfectly adequate. One of the advantages of staying... More

I staied at this hotel several time during my bsn trips to Minsk and think the price, location, service are good. It's 3 strar hotel and I appreciate staff attitude, clean rooms, tasty breakfast. One thing is lost: there is no hairdryer. My trips are not longer then one night so this is not important for me.

Clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Located about 15 minutes walk from the city center, but near the river and som park areas. Taxi service at the hotel, which I used for a trip out of town one day.

This Soviet era hotel is dark and old, but worse than that, it is not clean. We arrived at 10 am and requested an early check-in, and the receptionists wanted us to pay for half a night's stay for a room! So we stored our luggage and came back at 2 pm. This is a large hotel complex that is... More

This hotel is a throwback to the days of the USSR - and perhaps thats part of the attraction. The only hotel staff that were remotely helpful were the ladies on reception. The rest - cafe, news-stand, breakfast, bar ..... regarded you with distaste if you asked for something at all (that was if they deigned to acknowledge you in... More
