We stayed their 2 nights on our arrival in Albania. I strongly recommend their taxi service to pick you up at the airport. Good price and convenient if you arrive late like us. Just call them in advance. Comfortable room for a family of 4 with a clean bathroom. Obviously, most rooms are on the street side. However, in july... More

Stayed at the Stela City 19 - 22nd March 2015. Booked a suite. Was given a double for the first night but queried it and got moved to the suite for the other two nights. TV never worked properly throughout. On check out they said they knew about it. Breakfast was OK. Tried to pay with credit card but they... More

Interaction with the staff was a pleasure. Although I had to call outside the normal working hours that was not a problem. The staff speaks excellent English and can give you suggestions what is worth seeing around. There is free wi-fi and free parking. I strongly recommend hotel "Stela"!

Spent two nights here with husband during our visit to Tirana. Arrived early afternoon and were directed to a nearby underground parking garage two blocks away where we would park our car (hotel paid) during our stay. Welcomed and checked in to room #101. First, there is no elevator in the hotel. If this is a problem for you, consider... More

This hotel is located in a tatty area of mixed usage. The hotel itself is modern, very smart and well up to average 4* standard. The outdoor pool area and its surrounds are attractive. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast is standard continental style - slightly below par. Overall, very... More

Location of the hotel is pretty fine, although there are hotels that are even closer to Skanderberg Square. The main issue with the hotel is that some of its rooms are extremely noisy in the evening due to the traffic outside and one cannot sleep. In addition, the staff at the reception is totally clueless and unhelpful - they are... More

We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Stela. The room was a good size, large enough bed, clean, large bathroom with bathtub - the shower had good pressure, though at times the two of us would run out of hot water. The breakfast was quite basic, deli meats/cheese, fresh bread, chocolate croissants, yogurt and cereal. Location-wise the hotel was great.... More

We were very impressed with the staff at the Stela, they were all extremely helpful and went out of their way to provide good service. The hotel is in a good location near Skandeberg square. The website says 100m but it is more like 300m from square, not 100m. The Star Hostel is at 100m, which can be confusing but... More

This is a budget hotel, but the location is fantastic, the rooms spacious and it is very clean. We stayed in room 103 and we were not disturbed at night time by any noises. Breakfast is basic, but it is so cheap to buy a tasty sandwich in the city, that it was not a big deal at all. Staff... More
