Not only did they not speak correct english at the service counter, but they had a poor atitude about helping their customers. The parking lot was unexceptional and they allowed to my rent-a-car to get hit. When i complained about it and said it had happened in their lot, they simply shrugged their shoulders and said it wasnt their fault.... more

Rogner is apparently the premier hotel in Tirana for business travelers and the price certainly reflects it.
