The hotel has very helpful and friendly staff. Staff are very helpful in helping to organise your trip to Albania. Although located in a side alley it is well located for the shopping and restaurant area. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well decorated. The breakfast is OK. more

Ok, it isn't expensive, but it is not a boutique hotel. We stayed in one of the larger rooms and the door opened right onto the bed, the wardrobe was tiny, the bathroom was badly laid out (sink falling off wall, toilet squashed in the corner etc) and the air con regularly delivered someone elses cigarette smoke. Theranda Hotel is in a good location in the trendy part of Tirana and is close to restaurants and shops. The hotel is fairly new however some of the bathroom fittings needed fixing. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. There is a computer avaialble for guests to use free of charge. Staff were helpful. more

My daughter and I spent the first night of our holiday in Albania at the Theranda, and it was a wonderful introduction to a beautiful and fascinating country. The modern buildings are beautiful, and the hotel staff were all super; they all spoke excellent English and were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
