Brilliant, no attitude staff, very good facilities. Katharina, one of the managers has been a great help to help with island's logistics and advice. Just to manage your expectations, this is a contemporary hotel, no ecolodge in the city of Sao Tome. More

We emailed and let them know we were visiting for our anniversary, and they upgraded us (gratis) to their best room, the honeymoon suite! It was very nice, with a large king size bed and luxurious bathtub for my wife to soak in. This is probably the nicest hotel on Sao Tome. The rooms are arranged sort of between bungalow... More

The hotel, rooms and public areas are beautiful -- designed with style and comfort in mind. Rooms are spacious and the swimming pool is gorgeous. The food is quite good as well. The staff could not have been nicer. A couple of quibbles: wi-fi is available near Reception only, and it's maddeningly slow (less the fault of the hotel than... More

I stayed in Omali Lodge this summer and it was the perfect base to explore the island. The friendly staff helps to organize your excursions and speak multiple languages. Also spacious and luxurious rooms and great food. Good seafood but also loved the curries! More

They did not meet me up at the airport as promised, so I had to wait there until someone took pity on me and asked where I was going. My room service order was repeatedly bungled because the staff member could not understand English. The price for breakfast was ridiculous. More

The hotel is decent, but if you are using USD beware the exchange rate that the hotel uses. Our stay we were quoted in EURO, but when I asked If I could pay in USD, I was told yes, but the rate they used was a month old rate that was in their favor. The exchange rate was 1 EURO=... More

The hotel is fine. Much better than Miramar and more friendly than Pestana. Is has a nice exterior garden and the rooms are pretty much acceptable. The week point is that the breakfast is a little limited in variety for a 4 stars but we can live with that. It is very well positioned in the beach of lagarto. I... More

This is an excellent airport hotel. It's a five minute drive from the airport (there are few flights so little noise) and is opposite a beach and set in verdant gardens with a pool and a tennis court. The staff are very friendly and well trained. They can't do enough for you--they even checked me in for my international flight,... More
