Hotel Bahia, is one of the best hotels in Malabo. I also tried Ureka which was equally good, but less expensive. Hotel Stella was more expensive but less good. Bahia rooms are clean, have nice balconies overlooking ocean and have tv with CNN. The restaurant is expensive but good and the waiters are very nice. more

Unless you work for a U.S. multi-national oil company, Malabo is well off your beaten path.
