I've only left one other hotel this angry and upset. They gave us one price when we checked in and then tried to charge another saying the person at the desk wasn't authorized to give that price. What?? I fought with them and got the original price but it took quite a bit of arguing with the owner who was... more

This place has the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Not to mention the hotel in itself is disgusting and what is the deal with the old dirty towels??? I'd have to say the train blaring all night long was the highlight of my stay...and I'm not kidding. I'm sorry, but anyone who has anything positive to... more

This is by far the worst experience for me at a hotel. I was told about the train crossing when I showed up to check in and not when I made the reservation. The clerk informed me that she couldn't even hear it and when I asked how often the train crossed she said different times. She was just avoiding... more

My company booked this place for me even though I asked to stay at the Ramada down the road. I knew about the train crossing problem but decided I would check it out in person, rather than canelling the reservation and making an issue of it. Upon arriving at noon and asking about the noise level I got a rehearsed... more

Okay, I stayed here on the advice of a friend of mine who lives nearby, he said it was a "new" hotel. NOT. I don't usually stay at Quality Inns and not sure I will ever again after this experience. I will be writing to their corporate management team and providing photos of my experience here. I got here at... more

I booked this hotel from CHOICE HOTELS, the parent company. We were awakened frequently during the night by train whistles at a grade crossing directly across the highway from the hotel. The whistles were VERY loud. We did not know of this problem until we were asked to sign a waiver at check-in. Now what is one to do after... more

This was a horrible hotel, checked out the next morning and went to Fairfield. Room and hotel was dirty. I could hear yelling from nearby alley and had to park down the street since parking lot is filled with bar patrons. I would never stay here again. more

That was a great hotel! I stayed at it with just my father, we were on a father/son type vacation. We are not smokers, and wanted a non-smoking room. The room was beautiful! It was a larger room, a suite type thing, but it was great! The beds were very soft, great for anyone with a bad back, and the bathroom... more

I made the reservation via the choice hotels group 800 #, and only when we arrived did we dscover that the htoel is located directly across the road from a railroad crossing. The front desk staff said trains were not too frequent or disruptive, so being very tired of driving, we checked in. We soon discovered that the trains were... more

The night clerk was excellent. He was new to the area but very friendly and helpful even though we arrived late. Our room was large, very clean and very comfortable. The day staff went out of their to help w/ directions and the day manager, Mary, was wonderfully helpful and friendly! The location is loud as it is beside a... more
