We spent only one night in an Ocean View Deluxe Duplex and the room was lovely! The view was beautiful and the bedroom was upstairs. Our only complaint was there was NEVER ice in the ice machines. Arrived after midnight after 18 hours travel. Front desk staff rude and disorganized. Had to take our own luggage and find room. Room was very nice and clean.
