We stayed here for 3 night before going on windstar cruise. We got there early for check in & they were kind enough to get us a room by about 11. Nice place to have dinner. Saw the fire dancers practicing & could tell the real thing would be a great experience, we just would not be in town on... More

This hotel is first rate. We stayed here on the way to dive at Fakarava. The garden view room overlooked the water and the mountains. Best is comfortable and a great balcony. You can snorkel at the beach. You can save a few dollars on lunch and dinner by going to the pizza restaurant a few steps to the left... More

I stayed 4 nights with my wife and daughter at Le Méridien Tahiti, after more than 30 hours of flight. My reservation was a room with garden view. However, even arriving at 1.00am, we got a central room in the 5th floor (563) with a superb view over both pool and sea. Great. There are overwater villas, but we were... More

Just returned to the states after a 6 night stay at Le Meridien. After reading all the reviews and blogs we knew what may or may not happen but decided to keep an open mind and judge for ourselves. Grounds and housekeeping, excellent! Not a single complaint, hard working staff doing the best they can with slightly worn/dated property. Food/Beverage... More

This resort was my husband and I's first stop on our eight day adventure in the French Polynesia. I absolutely loved the refreshing cool cloth and pureed mango shot after traveling all day. While we checked in our luggage was whisked away to our room. Our room was very modern with breathtaking views of the koi ponds, pool and lagoon.... More

I'd give 2 stars, if it weren't for the property itself. Overwater bungalows were great!! loved the picturesque views, the beautiful rooms and the property itself- Paradise, indeed! Unfortunately, with the overwater bungalow, there is no deck associated with it (so you can't jump off the patio). The pool staff was great, but that was pretty much it ( i... More

We enjoyed a perfect, fun-filled and relaxing holiday at Le Meridien Tahiti recently. We think it is unnecessary to moan about very minor maintenance issues which occur at all beach resorts, but naturally acknowledge the need for facilities to be refreshed from time to time. Our experience of service and comfort were both first rate: The Staff were exceptional in... More

My husband and I stayed 2 nights before and 1 night after a Windstar cruise. The first 2 nights were in an over-water bungalow. We were enchanted by the experience. The small deck faced the sunset and a lovely view of Moorea. We could see fish swimming beneath us. The bed was comfy and the room was well-stocked with bottled... More
