3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Stayed for one night between arriving at Faaa and going to Bora Boar. 15 minutes and $32 from the airport. Hotel room was multi-level with downstairs family room/kitchen and two bedrooms upstairs with separate baths. Hotel was great for a quick stay - everything appeared to be clean. My only complaint is that the room was really hot (no AC... More

Perhaps they had a 'bad' day. Hot water didn't work and hotel management was slow to respond, wasted much of our vacation time and finally had us move to another room. Hallways very dark, little light and actually a safety hazard. Wi Fi only worked in lobby, interrupted even there quite often.

We booked a Junior Suite with kitchenette. I had asked for a quiet room and it was extremely quiet which was great; our suite was located at the rear of the hotel. We also had a balcony where you could sit, with views of the mountains. We didn't have any stairs to climb within the suite. The room was very... More

A centrally located hotel in the heart of Papeete. The people working there are, in true Polynesian style, very warm and friendly. However, the rules at this hotel are inflexible. Even if there are rooms available the policy is to refuse to check in people who arrive earlier than the 13.00hrs check in time. I was told I had to... More

We booked a Junior Suite, thinking it didn't have the stairs (as in the loft apartment) but it did so we struggled with one suitcase (we are in our 60's) and left the other one downstairs. Our room was on the top floor and had a lovely little verandah where you could see Moorea in the distance and the harbour.... More

After reading reviews we especially requested a room away from the road which we got. A 12 pm some one in the room above started moving furniture banging and dragging chairs. Finally at 2.30 am we gave up and rang the front desk. They seemed un concerned but did state they would look into it. They didn't and the noise... More

Pretty recent and quite ok hotel in Papeete. The context of it is a shell gasoline station and the busy Prince Hinoi Street, but inside it is pretty quiet, modern and quite new. The Lobby is spacious and next to it there is a modern french Restaurant run by the Hotel. There is a well equipped gym and pretty nice... More

Don't expect much. We were offered no baggage assistance upon check-in even though I was visibly injured (foot injury) and hallways to rooms were basically dark so you have to check each room for its room number. Absolutely no Internet service in the room and absolutely no hot water either! It's a one night stay if you absolutely have to.... More

We stayed here on our way to and from moorea since it was near the airport and the ferry to moorea. Decent hotel with breakfast at a fair pice for the area. Downtown Papeete is nothing special but it's a good jumping off point to the other islands in French polynesia.

Overall staff was very nice, but everywhere we looked there were signs of poor maintenance. The pool in their pictures does not resemble the pool that is in need of serious tlc. In addition, they advertise wi-fi, but it works only in the lobby and only sometimes. Our room was pretty but the tile was cracked and I kept pinching... More
