Prior to visiting the hotel I emailed a request for a room high up on the mountain side as earlier tripadvisor reviews had mentioned the noise. Following my request which I wrote in English as I cannot speak French. I recieved a reply from some underling called christophe beaumont telling me that the hotel was full and the room already... A clean, comfortable, yet no-frills hotel that is near to the airport and a good choice if you have a short layover to other spots. Close to the uneventful beach front and a bit spotty on the walk between the hotel and the sea (e.g., people sleeping on the sidewalk). It tries to be trendy with dark hallways but the... More

We spent two nights in Papeete before catching our flight back home and after 5 wonderful days on Moorea. Chose this Hotel due to it's central location and being a 3 star we did not expect it to meet the 5 star standard we had experienced on Mooresa but this proved to be disappointing even on our lowered expectations. Hotel... More

Foyer clean & fresh but no ambience at all. Staff friendly but not competent. Swipe keys didn't work in lift - so frustrating. Facilities - pool - ok but not maintained, no staff, no bar facility, no lights in bathroom. Room (suite) large with large kitchen area with extreme minimum. Then they say you are not to take your own... More

Two couples stayed in a two-story suite for two nights before a Windstar Cruise. We chose this hotel for the location and were not disappointed. The hotel is on a busy street so we had requested a room on the backside with the mountain view. We did not hear any street noise. The suite was spacious and since we were... More

We stayed 2 nights before a cruise. Great spot to explore Papeete. 2 blocks from the wharf. That is much easier than if you are staying at a resort out of town. While the distance to the port is not great it would be inconvenient to roll cases that far due to the poor quality of the pavement. The hotel... More

The hotel has an excellent location in central Papeete. The room was spacious and quiet. The lighting, as mentioned by others, is seriously lacking in the hallways and strangely the bathroom. Lights are behind the mirror and there are no full length mirrors in the room. Wifi works in the lobby but the couches in the lobby are rather uncomfortable.... More

Convenient to waterfront/ferry. In the junior suite, bathroom is upstairs, next to bedroom, not convenient if in the kitchen or living room. Shower sprays all over causing a minor flood in bathroom. Poor lighting in bathroom. Poor electrical access/mirror for using curling iron or other hair styling equipment. Full size fridge nice especially if staying more than one night. Convenience... More

Stayed here for two nights. Our group had two family suites and a double room. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and we enjoyed a large patio. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and spoke excellent English. We arrived before check-in, and they accommodated us by keeping our luggage safe in a locked facility so that we... More

Our family of 6 stayed here 2 nights upon arriving in Tahiti before heading over to Moorea. We booked the executive suite (i think that is the name) that has 2 bedrooms and a pull out bed in the livingroom, 2.5 bathrooms and a kitchen. PROS: Clean and modern decor. Feels like a very new hotel. The location was ideal... More
