We were a party of two, each staying in a separate cottage. The cottages are elegant and well furnished; soft, comfortable queen size beds, polished wood floors, a large bathroom area and the kitchen is fully equipped for making meals. Being close to Samabula town, there are small takeaway shops but no immediate restaurant or bistros in the vicinity. Buses... More

Had the opportunity of having a business group lunch with at least 20 +. Good food by any standard and value for money. Friendly host and atmosphere is great. Even though it is next to a main road, this colonial property provides serenity for the guest. Enjoyed the time.

We got upgraded to the 2-bedroom villa as our T.V. wasn't working. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Internet as with most hotels/resorts in Fiji, was on a pay basis and not free. The pool was beautiful but needed a bit upkeep. Beautiful colonial style villa to stay in Suva. It's convenient enough location, as it's away from the... More

I spent one night here on business. The hotel itself is quite charming. My room was cute but rather basic, and the bathroom somewhat poky. I arrived late-ish and the kitchen had closed, but the chef very kindly prepared a lovely meal for me. My main issue was that there was no internet available during my stay (I was leaving... More

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for a business meeting. The hotel is small, friendly, well appointed, historically interesting, and in a good location. I ate breakfasts and a dinner at the hotel, and all of the meals were excellent. The only shortcoming was lack of vouchers of reasonable denomination for internet access. These were promised to be... I live off Taveuni and needed to come to Suva - my husband had been here for a dinner a few months prior so I booked 2 nights! It is just lovely; the gorgeous old colonial building with a warm and friendly staff. The room is clean, well laid out with decor in keeping with the era, and offers a... More

Recently spent one night at this charming boutique hotel. I arrived into Suva from Nadi at around 9:30pm having just flew in from Auckland and was pretty tired from the travelling. Check in was a breeze with the lovely and helpful receptionist. I was showered and settled into my room in no time. The room is thoughtfully decorated, comfortable, spacious, spotlessly... More

I go to Suva regularly the Five Princes is in a good location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stay in the main house, full of history and characters. The grounds are lovely. Breakfast is good. I will stay there again and highly recommend it to other travelors.

This is the place in Suva for a weary traveller. The rooms have character and are spotlessly clean, the staff are outstanding, and the kitchen is worth every cent. I loved being here, and I would go back in a moment. You will be well looked after here. I had a wonderful experience with the cook, who not only asked... More
