The staff at Outrigger are the friendliest staff I have ever come across. You couldn't walk out of your room without being greeted with a cheery smile and "Bula!" from someone. Nice hotel nice and rooms. Perfect for the drop and flop holiday except. KIds club was good - not great. Makes a huge difference when your kids are asking you to let them go. The food was crap - esp for a 'five star' resort. Formats annoying and generally took the edge of what could be a fantastic holiday. more

We booked this resort, to accommodate the needs of our mobile, but severely disabled child. We enjoyed the large grounds and beautiful gardens with well paved footpaths and a covered walkway.
