We stayed at Seashell whilst completing our open water diving certificate with Scuba Bula dive school. The resort is pretty rundown to be honest and a bit rough around the edges but we sort of fell in love with the place. The best bits: The people were friendly but especially Ben who runs the surf boats. He would always stop... More

The Internet showed white sand, beautiful blue water and shoreline and thatched roof cabanas. We arrived from New Zealand to Nadi, Fiji in a torrential monsoon. It was raining heavily so I was thankful I arranged for a car to pick us up and take us to Seashell Cove. The car sent to fetch us from the hotel was a... More

Bula and thank you for taking the time to write your review following your stay at Seashell @ Momi. The resort has last month gone through the process of being sold from the previous owner and along with the new owner a new management team are in the process of working on our vision of improvements. Whist we are not... More

Well to start a friend and I had two weeks to surf in Fiji...we were not interested in staying at a overpriced resort...Seashell is an excellent place to surf and dive from....the staff is professional, friendly and Trustworthy...the grounds are a bit dated but the reward is large coconut trees loaded with coconuts, papayas and a dozen different kinds of mature... We stayed at Seashell whilst diving at Scuba Bula (see separate review). Looking at the reviews below for seashell@momi the feedback is pretty mixed. I think it’s really a case managing expectations. If you are looking for golden beach, palm trees and infinity pool this isn’t the place. In fact you will struggle to find anywhere that fits this description... More

Whether your a family , a backpacker , couple or solo. seashell has you covered. The resort facilities are great with a pool over looking Navula Reef & Cloudbreak surf destination. We had 10 days there in April 2010 my son 7 I. The food was fresh, tasty and all service with typical Fijian smiles. The bar beside pool was... More

Time seems to have stopped at quiet Seashell hotel and everything could do with a lick of paint and some upgrading. Staff are friendly and seem to make the best of a stingy owner who is trying to cut corners wherever he can. Unfortunately it means Seashells is understaffed - in the kitchen, gardens, and general maintenance. Nevertheless we enjoyed... More

I was initially hesitant based on other reviews but I'm so glad I came here. Those seeking a thatched bungalow over an azure sea should book elsewhere and pay those prices. Seashell is a good value destination for those seeking to dive from scuba bula or head out to cloud break. Other activities are available for non surfers but not... More

Trip away with the girls, were heading out to the coral coast for 3 days of beach relaxing. We choose seashells for the great price and you can not complain with that. However there is no beach at Seashells. People we spoke to said amazing surf and the scuba diving was phenomenal, but if you aren't into those activities, I'd... More

I stayed at Seashell Cove in 1987, when it was run by David and his Australian Family. Then the atmosphere was fantastic, great Breakfasts with tropical fruit salads and extensive breakfast choices of hot and cold foods. I returned in 2007 to find that an Indian had taken over the Resort a year or so previously. My experience of the... More
