Food and service were excellent. Room was pleasant except in the morning water started leaking through the bathroom ceiling from somewhere above. Worst criticism would be the pool furniture - out of 7 pool loungers 3 were unusable due to broken/rotten fabric. In fact all the pool furniture needed replacement - certainly the worst I have ever seen

We stayed here for 3 nights before heading to outer-island. We had 2 ground floor rooms (2 couples).Room 104 was fine but 105 is a little bit tired. It had a fridge that only worked part of the time even after being looked at by maintenance staff and the ceiling developed a leak above the vanity unit that soaked the... More

We stayed at this hotel for 18 days as we had planned to dive but the cost of diving was cost prohibitive as were the transport charges, this had nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel is in need of a complete refurbish both inside and out as it is very tired looking( rooms were being decorated while we... More

We stayed at the Mercure for the last night of our Fiji holiday. It is always nice to return to a hotel and be remembered. Our room was quiet and comfortable and clean. The restaurant menu was varied and the food good. We were give a free late checkout as we had a later flight out the next day which... More

Stayed at the Mercure hotel on the 3rd and returned on the 12th June. This hotel is great as a transit hotel on the way and back from the Islands. It is centrally located between Nadi and the Airport, Clean and tidy for a 3 Star hotel. Breakfast is adequate and has lounges around the pool if you have a... More

I had sent my 2 sons up with their partners to stay one night as we could not get on same flight. The stay was pre booked and paid for, with written confirmation. As I had had a change of visa card due to loss, they couldn't debit my card, my son offered his, but they would not take it.They followed... More

This hotel was average. The rooms were small. The best thing was the breakfast buffet and the staff, very friendly. It was raining and cold so we didn't get to use the pool. This is a good choice for a medium priced, no frills stay in Nadi.
