We stayed at Westin for 3 nights as we wanted to have some exposure to mainland (as we were going onto an Island resort). It was enjoyable stay, the pool area is very nice and clean, the atmosphere was good and as always people were lovely. Downside was overpriced food. more

We were terribly disappointed with our stay at the Westin. Of particular concern was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The hotel is a 5 star hotel and although there are some parts that are 5 star, there are others that are not. The beds were brilliant and so was the bath and shower. staff were nice but weren't very professional in maintaining rooms. We had several rooms for our group so we could contrast and compare. Many basic problems, things you don't want to bother dealing with to get fixed - phones not working, fridge not working, basics not there - eg. a pen, some documents about the daily resort activities etc! rooms... more

Beautiful hotel with amazing, friendly service by the hotel staff. A great place to stay if you want to be near the port. Room was clean and quiet (had a garden view). Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Absolutely no complaints and would stay here again in the future! more
