Pros: - The hotel has been comprehensively refurbished (in full - unlike a number of other Starwood properies, e.g. Sheraton Heathrow, Le Meridian Port Vila, where bedrooms are refurbished but not bathrooms or all public spaces). - I booked a sea view which was worth the extra as the outlook was lovely. The room was spacious, and bright. - The... more

I booked this resort for one night via www.wotif.com.au for $191 AUD inc breakfast but indicated it was $700 per night normally...wow!!! For $191 it was good value- clean and new room. The extras is where they get you $6 for a chocolate bar from the mini bar, $3 to 6 to get ONE bit of clothing washed, room service... more

Just back from a fantastic, relaxing break - 10 days bliss & sunshine! My wife & myself thoroughly enjoyed this 'couples beach holiday' - our new room was spacious, modern & bright, well-equipped ( incl. 42 lcd screen) & large , sexy bathroom. The service & attention we & our room received was second to none. Breakfast at 'Feast' terrace... more

We only stayed for 2 nights as part of our trip to another island but loved it. We stayed in an Ocean Front studio which was $1200 FJ + tax but with a Starwood Privilege voucher only paid $600 + tax. Breakfast was included and all other food was half price with the Sheraton card. Kids ate, stayed and played... more

I am currently staying here and writing the review from my room. We arrived yesterday and have had two giant cockroach sightings. One in my kids room and one in our room, one was dead and one was alive. For a supposedly nice hotel, this one is not good, the clock radio in my room doesn't work, the door between... more

My husband and I have just spent 10 days staying at the Sheraton for our honeymoon and we have come back with no complaints. After reading the reviews on this website we were very concerned about staying at the Sheraton. Was our honeymoon going to be a nightmare? As things turned out we had nothing to worry about. The room... more

A wonderful and very relaxing resort, rooms are clean and very modern, however housekeeping need to remember to stock up on teabags and coffee each day. The food and drinks and everything in between are very very expensive. We had a buffet breakfast included in our deal which got us through most of the day, but if hungry or thirsty later... more

We enjoyed the Sheraton with our 2nd floor ocean view room and would stay there again, IF we were to visit Fiji again (NOT!). Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good. Other meals very expensive....we ate at Port Denarau instead. As for Fiji in general, it was a disappointment....give me Hawaii. more

We decided to go 5 star for our third Fiji holiday now that our kids were 9 and 12. The whole experience was abit of a letdown. My husband constantly reffered to their big makeover as the shopping mall look. I found the lack of information really frustrating. The room only had information on the Westin spa and the restaurants(... more

I stayed here for two nights and was pleased with my choice. It's a great hotel to recover from the long plane ride over to Fiji if coming from Europe or the US as the beds have the most comfy mattresses I've every slept in. Staff are super friendly and the rates are very good ($125 w. breakfast) due to... more
