We stayed here for one night at a cheap rate. In a double room with a bathroom. The room was Ina separate building to some of the hostel and was big and seemed quite clean a bit dated but for the price can't complain about those things. Location is great as you can catch the local bus to town for... More

Management/Staff were friendly especially the manager Akeneta she is a gem!Security is an issue had items taken, in fact some other German tourist who stayed there at the same time had his backpack stolen which contained his passport, cash and clothes..very poor I say smh. Shower only operates on warm/hot despite the maintenance man attendance 2x... gave up after that!... More

Bula bula, Thank you for the kind comments and so sorry for the unfortunate issue. We understand that your visit coincided an extremely rare and unlikely theft at that property, and for this we offer humble apologies. We take such matters very seriously. Upon hearing if this incident, our team, launched a full scale investigation into your missing items, and... More

This place was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, organising us affordable day trips and having kava drinking every night. If you have a long stay in Fiji you would head to the islands, but you can not go past Bamboo on the mainland for value for money and atmosphere.

Lots of activities for free, friendly staff, good spot and wonderful price. The mosquitos is a little bit annoying but this is around the whole Fiji. Its really good to meet up with other backpackers and have a good time. Unfortunately i just stayed there for one night but I would come back there for sure.

I would like to start off by saying that I was upgraded from Garden AC Private room to Superior AC room and I was very happy and set my entire Fiji trip on the right track. Room was huge and clean. I also stayed in the nearby hotels in the area and I would say the room, food and service... More

Bamboo beach is in a good location surrounded by other hotels and hostels. The bus comes a few times a day to go out into the city but we spent most of our time on the beach and in the bar. The beer is cheap (especially at happy hour) and the food was surprisingly good. Skip the sandwiches and chips... More

We actually stopped next door at Aquarius (who charge for WiFi) so popped next door to use the free WiFi with the purchase of a pint. Draft Fiji Gold was cheap cold and lovely, WiFi was decent and we also had a game of pool and attempted to play table tennis.

Nice friendly staff. Clean private room, nice and supportive mattress bed, but our bathroom door could not close. They can arrange your day trip pretty quick. Price is reasonable. Free airport pick up and drop off is the best!! Free Wi -fi all day. I would recommend this place for people who don't care for luxury but want something simple... More

Stayed here twice during our trip to Fiji and both times we were glad we chose Bamboo. Staff are super super friendly, helpful and approachable. Private rooms are clean and a good size. Strong WiFi connection and WiFi was free. Food was nice. Great range of activities on offer which they will arrange for you even at very short notice.... More

The owners are young, welcoming, layback but very helpful. The place is safe and offers plenty of opportunities for making new friends. Excelent local food cooked feshly, eco-friendly envioroment, local tatoo artist available for original tatoos on request, don't miss out on the cava nights. Always some activity going on from volley to art studio. They also organize weekly vitit... More
