I came to get away from everything for 3 nights over easter and found it beautifully relaxing. With only 3 bungalows it is not a huge resort, and the other occupants were quiet and friendly people. The beach is right there, and the constant sound of waves breaking on the reef lulled me to sleep! A lot of my pain... More

We stayed here for 8 nights in total, in between trips to other islands. Like the last reviewer, we were also forgotten about on our arrival at 6 am, but this was not a big problem for us, the room was quickly made ready. Metua is a very kind lady and makes you feel very welcome; on our last night... More

We stayed for 4 nights; the chalets are light, clean and airy. We really liked the privacy of only 3 units. The owners are very nice and we were sad to leave.

Located right on the beach on the western side of Rarotonga, Napa Beachfront Hideaway is a very relaxing and secluded accomodation. The bungalows are clean and very well furnished for all needs, and everything is kept on a "humane" size (do not expect a five star industrial resort here !). The beach is very agreeable. Deep enough for swimming, good... More

We spent a week in one of the bungalows. The place is really nice for realaxing compared to hotels and more cramed bunglow resorts. We loved the fact that our kids coul run around in the garden without us watching all the time. Our kids are 4 and 6 and they had lots of exciting things to do. The beach... More

There are 3 Beachfront Hideaway bungalows. We stayed in the one closest to the beach. The size is great for 2, the porch is overlooking the lagoon. 25m to the water's edge. Just gorgeous!! This is a great deal! Walk to 5 restaurants and one small grocery store. RENT SCOOTERS!! It's FUN and you will need them. Bus goes clockwise... More

In March 2008, we found we could cover the cost of a trip to the Cook Islands with our accumulated Airpoints Dollars, so we booked return trip flights from Wellington to Rarotonga. A couple of months later, while searching the Internet to learn about things to do while in the Cook Islands, we discovered the Cooks are a popular destination... More
