Arapey is a disaster. It was our worst hotelexperience, all categories, during our two months trip in South America. It is nothing at all as their website suggests. OK, it is fairly clean, but the rest is a joke. The service is non existing, the guys at the reception are so unpolite and so unserviceminded that you feel as a... more

It is fabulously over decorated and resembles something out of a Miss Marple set. Super clean and mega cheap. Bloke on reception is a miserable so and so but you can't have it all. Word of advice though, pay in cash dollars (to avoid their criminal exchange rate and 4% Visa fee) and have the right money. They do not... more

Located at Uruguay 925 in Montevideo. I tried to get a package deal in BA with Buqebus for ferry and hotel but was unsuccessful regarding the hotel because of some conference in Montevideo.
