We recently stayed at this hotel on your trek across Uruguay. The price was super cheap. $28 USD per day for a double bed room. Breakfast was included in the price, however, we did not get a chance to eat there so I can't say whether the food was good or bad. The hotel is centrally located on the 18th... more

At only $27 a night for a double bed, it's a good choice for travelers on a budget that want to be close to the shopping that makes Montevideo a great place. It's only a couple blocks away from the city's main avenue. There are plenty of squares and stores around to keep you occupied. Taxi's are cheap and busses... more
