Ones you have entered the Escuela de Rock Hostel you feel that the setting and atmosphere are what the name suggested! Musical instruments are available and the Argentine boss encourages guests musicians to join him around the battery. Here the mix Coca &Fernet is the official drink and partying the rule! So here's the concept: the owner has a bunch of musical instrumets and if by chance you know how to play any of those, you can start to jam with other guests! Amazing! I've never seen a hostel like this anywhere, but it's a great idea. You'll also learn about Uruguayan Rock, since there are many memorabilia pieces on display... More

The owner of the Hostel, Herman is a very hartfull person. We were welcomed in their small family bussines with a gracefull smile. the accomidations are clean. bathrooms have hot and cold water. the kitchen is clean and has enough suplies for a good meal. theres a backjard with tables and a big grill.
