The hotel is like the city. You would come here for business rather than for pleasure. We spent one night at the Balmoral Plaza Hotel and all I have to say is that it is completely overpriced for the dark outdated rooms you get that eventhough non smoking smell of smoke. The mini bar contained 4 bottels of water and a Twix!! that was it. For 60 U.S. dollars off seaon it was a rip off. more
