I'm in Oxford hotel right now. It's my second day in Montevideo and I can say this hotel is a good option if you don't want to expend much money and have good night of sleep. The room could be bigger, but it's clean, the bathroom is good and indeed I have good internet connection for basic usage (forget youtube).... more

Montevideo is a very old city, so we were not expecting the Hilton....although we had booked a 4*, expecting something decent. What a surprise.... Really basic room, with 2 single beds, where we requested a double bed, no extra's e.g. sewing kit, shoe mitt,etc... Only got 1 shampoo, 1 showercap etc....the bed was very uncomfortable. Needs a change of mattress,... more
