This hotel is very unique. The interior paint and exterior garden will make your stay there memorable. It is surrounded by greenery and mountain view. The balcony also has chairs for you to sit out and enjoy the moonlight and fresh air. Take a walk in the morning and hear the birds chirping. Proceed to the breakfast area for a... More

I stayed here for two nights of peace and beauty. Each casita is spacious and lovely with a huge beautifully decorated spa-like bathroom with showers, soaking tub, dual sinks, and heated towel warmers. The bedroom/grand room area was spacious despite having a king size bed, table and chairs, fireplace, sofa and chairs. On the table was a bowl of fresh... More

This is a wonderful place to stay in the sacred valley. We stayed there for 3 nights in early December and it was lovely and quiet. The setting, gardens and rooms are beautiful to come back to after a long day of sight seeing! The restaurant does great food for dinner (we had the lamb and ceviche) although it isn't... More

We stayed at Sol y Luna for 2 nights and couldn't find a better place. Our casita was number 30, large and very private with a nice fireplace and spacious bath. On arrival we had some fresh fruits and cookies waiting in the room and the whole stay was excellent. We went to the SPA one evening and was also... More

This has got to be the best surprise on a guided trip! We're doing a trip through REI to Machu Picchu and stopped off for 2 nights in the Sacred Valley in Urubamba. This place is phenomenal! The first thing we saw was a stable of horses - apparently they're specially bred for their unusual gait, which we had demonstrated... More

Great way to beginning our time in Peru. The grounds are stunning with beautiful gardens . Loved the individual casita concept. The service was quite good from the reception. Dined at the gourmet restaurant once which was nice yet overpriced. The restaurant was quite due to it being the off season so the dining staff was a bit over barring.... More

Beautiful and colorfully decorated large casitas, great service, stunning gardens, and five star dining in a drop dead gorgeous venue. Really perfect in all ways (and the Sacred Valley doesn't offer many five star type hotels since there is a lot of poverty). Part of the property has horses--probably avoid that part unless you like horses and are OK with... More

Stayed here for just one night but could easily have spent longer. Gorgeous rooms (very big) with great bathrooms. We were advised that one restaurant was 'casual' but it was more up market than that. Hotel had no working phones or in room wifi whilst we were there because a storm had affected their system, but there was good wifi... More

We stayed here with a group tour travelling through South America. The lodges are a delight and very spacious. The bathrooms are very well appointed and spacious. We loved the outdoor feel to the lodges and the bright interior decor. The beds were very comfortable and the added bonus of the hot water bottle magically appearing in ones bed during... More

We stayed at Sol & Luna whilst visiting the Sacred Valley. It's a very beautiful spot, with stunning gardens nestled under the mountains, and the general ambience and setting is charming. The 'casonas' are fun and nicely private, the spa is lovely (the jacuzzi is worth a visit!), breakfasts were good, the two restaurants have very good food (the Waynu... More
