Stayed here four nights to explore nearby ruins and towns. Urubamba is a cute little town and we preferred its laid back vibe to the more touristy Ollytatambo. Our room (4) was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable with exquisite bedding. Liz was a wonderful host and helped us plan our time in the sacred valley, recommending restaurants (try the... Lizzy Wasi is a beautiful inn surrounded by the natural beauty of a well maintained garden with outdoor areas to gather amidst the Andes Mountains. The proprietor, Liz, lives on the property and desires to do whatever she can to make each guest comfortable and assist with whatever she can. A truly wonderful place to return to have touring the... Hotel Lizzy Wasi is a very special and perfect spot to relax, and explore the many sites in the Sacred Valley. The rooms are spotless, and the grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is ready from 7 in the morning. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable about the area and can help with taxi transport as well as suggest great local restaurants. Stay at... More

I enjoyed my stay at Lizzy Wasi in the Sacred Valley. The rooms were clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms. We stayed in a new section and we were the first guests to stay in that room. The owner, Liz is very friendly and helpful. She cooked a wonderful dinner for us that we thoroughly enjoyed. We only had an... More

We stayed at the Lizzy Wasi last week during our trip to Peru. The inn was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Liz made a delicious meal of local cuisine for us during our stay. She made sure that we had everything we needed, not only for our stay with her but for the rest of our trip in the Sacred Valley... More

I really cannot add anything to all the praise given in previous reviews. I agree with it all. My wife and I travel,a lot and have stayed in many places. Imdon't think we have ever come across a hostess as hard working and as helpful to her guests as Liz. During our brief, two day stay she drove us to... More

I absolutely recommend this quaint hotel to any traveler. The accommodations are modern, clean and comfortable. Views are magnificent. Liz, the owner, does a fantastic job in making you feel right at home. Would definitely go back!

My mother and nephew stayed with Lizzy earlier this year (March / April 2014) - they had an amazing experience (my mother has never spoken about a hotel as much as she did Lizzy Wasi). Lizzy (Elizabeth) was extremely attentive and helpful - she arranged for them to see some amazing sites near and not so near the hotel, made... More

Spectacular views, outstanding hospitality, comfortable, attention to detail. Will be going back definitely. Awesome service with the taxi rides. Looking forward to the new units and play area. Very close to a lot of ruins.

My husband and I stayed at Lizzy Wasi for two nights in May and were sorry we could not stay longer. It was a good central location for visiting the Sacred Valley. Lizzy Wasi has clean rooms, beautiful gardens and nice views of the surrounding mountains. And as if the location, comfort, price and views weren't enough, you also get... More
