The Sacred Valley was the third stop on a week-long trip that my husband and I recently took to Peru, and Inkallpa was probably our favorite hotel. It is in an absolutely gorgeous setting that is away from the downtown areas of Urubamba and Ollantaytambo, so not ideal if you plan to go out and about in those towns, but... More

My Husband and I traveled to Peru in a guided excursion. Our fist stop was The Sacred Valley of Urubamba and Hotel Inkallpa and all I can say is that it was AMAZING!!! We really enjoyed our stay there, the rooms were simple, but ecological and they have what you needed, nothing more, nothing less. The people were so hospitable.... More

If you are looking for a quiet place to rest, far from noises, where you can go out of your room and see the stars, relax, and be charged for your trip to Machu Pichu, this is the place to be. You can even go to the SPA, while being in the middle of nowhere. Food is also good. But,... More

We stayed in the hotel one night during our tour. Honestly, if I knew how isolated this hotel is, I would stay somewhere else. First off, the hotel is set 1/2 a mile away from the main road and reached on a bumpy dirt road. Once you get there - total isolation. The Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms... More

There were seven of us. We stayed there in the first week of June 2014. One night on the way to Machu Picchu, one night on the return. Most of the review that I read was spot on with the view, setting and location. Wi-Fi is free and only available in the front lobby/ bar area. There is free coca... More

The hotel is 800m down a track off the main road - and it's not walkable to anywhere from what we could see so you are a captive audience. When we walked into the reception area it was a bit like a back packers - it felt quite transitory and it's also the bar area (there were some odd things... More

Stayed here in May 2014 for one night on the way to Machu Picchu. Wish it were 2 nights instead of one. Very pretty setting, nice gardens. Its a bit remote and the night we stayed it was windy and cold. Nice spaceous rooms, clean, modern bathroom fixtures, bottled water provided. The space heater also came in handy. Friendly staff,... We stayed for 3 nights at the Inkallpa during a tour of the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. The hotel is in a remote location accessed by a gravel road. The hotel grounds are lovely, with many flowers in bloom and views of the mountains all around. There are a number of buildings, each having about 8 rooms and accessed... More

Before Machu Picchu trip we stayed in this hotel. Hotel located in the middle of nowhere, right in the hearth of Sacred Valley. All around is nothing but nature. It was amazing. The rooms are designed in minimalist concept, inspired by nature and very cool. They have all comfort. The breakfast was open buffet and fair. Not much variety but... More

Far away from The cities nearby. Anyway the staff are very polite and always trying to help. One of them gave us all the orientations so we could arrive in Pisac and on the next day they also helped us contacting a guide so we could go on a tour at the Sacred Valley.
