A beautiful resort, highlighted by Edwin and his attentive staff. The highlight of my stay was the private tour of the beautiful grounds by Edwin, who showed me all varieties of fruits, vegetables, flowers, herbs and spices that are grown on the property. My room was immaculate. It was tastefully decorated and had a large, spotless bathroom. Nothing beat having... More

The moment we arrived we felt like we were home. Edwin and the staff are very helpful and kind. We felt safe and were well-fed. Our room was clean and comfortable. When I got home from my trip I realized I left a piece of artwork I purchased in my room. Edwin was confident it had been located and it... More

Edwin and his staff were excellent, treating us like family. Beautiful grounds, safe surroundings and good food happened everyday. Spotty on the hot water but water pressure good. Edwin taught us about the culture and even showed us the Peruvian way to celebrate a birthday for one of our group.

I stayed at La Quinta for a second time with a group of 30 individuals on a medical trip. Edwin and his team took care of our whole group with clean, warm rooms and fantastic meals. I can't say enough about how this place feels like home when I am in Peru. I will definitely stay at La Quinta whenever... More

I recently stayed at La Quinta Eco Hotel with 29 other people on a Medwish medical brigade. I can't say enough nice things about the property itself, as well as Edwin, the proprietor and his amazing staff. Imagine 30 huge duffels full of medical "stuff" that had to be loaded on and off the roof of a bus (think Scooby... More

I took a group of 15 students on a service trip and stayed for a week. This property and staff are incredible! Edwin goes above and beyond to assist all of his guests. The staff is warm and accommodating, and the food is excellent. It is a secure property, with breathtaking views. If I ever return to Peru I will... More

The rooms are very clean and very well kept, they include a TV and mini-fridge, there is WiFi all throughout the rooms,... More

I have stayed here for 6 years running and have loved it. Señor Edwin is a gentleman, Un Cabellero. He is the ultimate host who will knock himself out to help you in every way possible. We enjoy all the meals, especially the soups. He has also helped us in our medical mission work here in the Sacred Valey of... More

I stayed at LaQuinta while in Urubamba for a few days. I felt welcome from the beginning and Edwin and his staff served us hot soup after a long drive. It is quiet and serene here with beautiful grounds. The Wifi is also an added luxury. Edwin and his staff went out of their way to arrange for taxis, make... More

Edwin Gonzalez, the owner and manager, has constructed a nice, out of the way hotel in Urabamba. Stayed there as part of a medical group. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Food was good - nice hot soup every evening. The same breakfast every day did get a bit tiring, however. My only complaint was that our room was very... More
