I should have written this review 5 months ago when we stayed there but I am finally sitting down to write about our amazing time at Melissa Wasi in May of this year. Our family of 3 (me, my husband and our 2 year old daughter) spent 12 days at Melissa Wasi and had an amazing time. Our hosts Chito... More

I stayed at this spot based on other recommendations on this site. It was very pretty, a bit away from the main town but close enough to walk during the day. The hosts were generally helpful and friendly. However I was not aware that they are a well known center for ayahuasca experiences and ceremonies. Once I figured that out... More

Hi, I read your comments and felt very sorry about how you felt. I think it was a communication problem because you didn’t ask us to arrange a taxi for you as a lot of guests do. You only told us you wanted a cup of wine, that we happily invited you. We have a lot of taxis available for... More

I stayed in Melissa Wasi for 10 days and was saved by the bell, because for an affordable price I got more that I could wish for! In September 2014 it was very cold in Pisac and NOBODY had heaters in the room for guests, so I changed 4 habitaciones before I finally found the perfect one - Melissa Wasi.... More

Beautiful and peaceful! The grounds are beautifully maintained and every aspect of our 3 night stay was perfect! We initially rented a cottage / cabin but opted to change the next day for a double / twin room. At 66, maneuvering stairs at night was a little risky for me. Our twin room was wonderful and steps away from the... More

A nice cozy place hidden in the valleys. Melissa Wasi is the perfect place to get away and be closer to nature. Rooms are clean and depending on what your need and requests are, they will try their best to find the perfect room for you. The first room was just perfect for me, with one bed and a clean... More

We arrived by plane in Cusco and immediately got a taxi to Melissa Wasi. We were greeted by the owner who offered us Coca tea while the staff prepared our cottage. The cottage was up a few flights of stairs with a great view of the gardens and trees. We stayed here for 4 days to acclimate to the altitude.... More

My friend, my brother, and I stayed in a cabin at Melissa Wasi. Wow, from the moment we arrived we could tell it is a special paradise. The physical environment from the landscape to the buildings is absolutely stunning. You can tell a lot of love and strong intention went into this place. The space made us feel totally grounded... This B&B is very quiet and restful, yet a short taxi ride (S/.5)or walk to town. Breakfast is a full bar, at the onsite restaurant, which also served a variety of delicious dinners (not included in the B&B price). Our room was actually a detached cabin with bed loft, skylit bathroom, kitchen, reading area and fireplace (firewood provided). A trio... More

This place was truly a surprise. I didn't think I'd be staying at such a gorgeous place for the price. Such a beautiful, peaceful and serene place. If you're looking to disconnect completely, this is the place to go! Time seemed to go by very slowly while I was there. I'd definitely come back . The owners, Melissa and Chito... More

Without a doubt the best hotel experience I have ever had. You cannot find a more relaxed, friendly and beautiful place. The owner made us feel like we were part of his family. And the surrounding s are astounding, situated as it is in a beautiful valley beneath the mountain s. If you are anywhere close to Peru, don't miss... More
