Stayed here one night between Cusco and the Inca trail. Lovely big room and gardens are well laid out and pretty. We dined in restaurant which at night is empty so lacks aptmosphere. Breakfast buffet next morning was good. Staff are average and a bit haphazard - cleaners tried to come into our room while we were still asleep which... More

Great location to catch the early morning train to Machu Picchu (easy walk). Close to markets and cheap eating places, however the hotel restaurant is very good. Large rooms with bath tubs for soaking sore legs after climbing all the ruins. Did hear the train early each morning but used this as an alarm to get up early to see... More

Gross. This is the worst thing that a hotel can do to me. -Dirty plastic flip-flops next to the bed. (Im hoping they were... More

We stayed here for two nights. The surrounding scenery and grounds of the hotel were superb, with Inca terraces, llamas and nice places to sit in the well kept gardens. It is located within a few minutes walk of the station with trains to Machu Picchu and Cusco and about 10 minutes walk from the town. The rooms are comfortable... More

We love the fact that this hotel is so near the train station, making for an easy trip up to MP. We have stayed here twice and have had good experiences both times. There is a nice restaurant on site and just a short walk to the town center. While the town itself now seems overrun with tourists, this hotel... More

We stayed in this hotel while returning from Machhu Pichhu in Nov 2015. The hotel is located on an Inca terrace and has sprawling gardens full of flowers and Llamas. While the hotel premises has a lot to offer, we were thoroughly dismayed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the front desk people and hotel personnel. This gave us... More

One of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at during our travels, surrounded by the mountains, within the Sacred Valley. We arrived at night, but woke up to views that took our breaths away! Our room was very cold at night, but otherwise comfortable. Excellent location; walking distance from both the Ollantaytambo ruins, as well as the train station en... More

The rooms are glorious, the grounds are exciting to walk around they even have their own llama pen and hills to climb! The entire property is breathtaking! Beds very comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious for Peru! LOTS of hot water! The wi-fi... More

Arrived at this oasis after a long day including finishing at Ollantaytambo citadel. Welcome was warm and the rooms were great - spread around the complex in distinct buildings (A to E) and with each styled as a large house with individual rooms - largely made out of polished wood meaning the whole place was warm and comfortable (maybe apart... This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel while trekking. It is a beautiful hotel with great landscaping and grounds. The staff is welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best anywhere in Peru.
