A simply wonderful hotel, one of the best we have stayed at in South America. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, overlooking the lovely gardens. There is a lounge for guest use, also spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We had left our coats on the bus from Cusco and Yulissa ( I think that... More

The rooms are simple, but clean and lovely. You can look out your window to the gardens below, or take a walk out back and see the stable of alpachas and llamas. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff is so nice and accommodating. And the train station is one block away.

We stayed one afternoon and night in this hotel in Ollantaytambo, on our way to Machupicchu. Rooms were located in nice cottages, comfortable and decorated in beautiful Peruvian style with red and brown colours and a lot of wood. Breakfast starts at 5AM, which was ideal and customer oriented. Breakfast was good with fresh products and nice assortment. Lounge was... More

Well established with llamas eating the grass at the back of the hotel very authentic, allmade of wood which can be a little bit noisy on occassions. The layout is very attractive in nice gardens. We didnt fancy dinner but breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs etc etc and coffee. It is well placed forthe rail station which is just at the bottom of... Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds, very pleasant room with plenty of plugs for all that electrical gear that needs charging. Had great salad and alpaca steak in restaurant. Good buffet breakfast. Staff really helpful.

Hotel Pakaritampu is an absolutely charming hotel in a perfect location for those traveling to Aguas Calientes/Macchu Pichu. The hotel grounds are beautiful with incredible landscaping, a beautiful mountain backdrop, llamas roaming the property and a wonderful staff. It's a 2 minute walk from the hotel to the train station with the wonderful Aubergue restaurant right there. The hotel feels... More

Hotel Pakaritampu is in a beautiful location. The gardens are all around with every kind of flower that you can imagine with the mountains as a back ground. Tranquility at it's best. The rooms are lovely and roomy but not fancy. The beds are wonderful. The living room with fireplace ...in a separate house...is a nice place to relax ,have... More

A very charming hotel near the railwaystation in Ollantaytambo. It consists of several houses in traditional peruvian style in a beautiful garden. Our room on the second floor was spacious and had a very large, comfortable bed. Windows on three of the walls made it very light. The bathroom was clean and quite large as well. Free WIFI and quite... More

I arrived in this town knowing that there is no five star, luxury hotels. When I booked this hotel, I expected a three star b&b. However, it turned out to be better than that. Pictures on their website doesn't do it justice. Hotel room we got was neatly furnished and very clean. Shower pressure was very strong. The ground is... More

The main problem was the bedroom. We had a king bed that had the hardest mattress I've ever slept on! Not even camping I had to sleep in something that hard! Or better said try to sleep because you wake up to turn every half hour because your body hurts. The bathrooms are in need of some TLC too. But... More
