We only stayed one night here as part of an organised group. It's close enough to everything to walk and is clean and comfortable. There are cooked eggs available (and a selection of fruit and cereal) for breakfast, and the staff are pleasant.

Hi, I am ~30yr old female - stayed here with a another girl on tour before starting the Inca Trail. I can't tell you how much it cost per night however, in my opinion, it would fall into the $80-$100 bracket depending on the time of year. Pros: -About 15-20mins walk to main square! -Clean and spacious room (3 beds... More

we stayed three nights, left to go to AC, then stayed again after returning late at night. Room was large, view was wonderful! We arranged a transportation from cusco - $40, thru the hotel. Also arranged a driver and guide for a day, $80 and $60, respectively. Breakfast, while basic, was good. they are building more rooms and it looks... More

We got the room that faced the gazebos you see in the pictures which was very nice. They do not have heater and it gets cold at night, but if you want extra blankets they will provide it. Since most people just stay there prior to going to Machupichu, when you check in they will ask you at what time... More

Located a few minutes walk from the train station but a little far from the town center. Nice and clean room. Breakfast is very good. They keep two alpaca in their garden and you can play with them. My daughter loves them. The owner speaks English but other staffs probably no. They let me store my luggage for two days... More

We stayed here for only one night. The only thing that challenged us was the receptionist who did not speak english at all. We had some issues with our booking, so that was little hard to solve, but we resolved it quite quickly. They let us use our room while our little misunderstanding was being looked into. Room was very... More

Easy to walk to and good people. The rooms are typical Peru meaning nothing fancy but clean and worth the try. I'd go again without a worry. Close to train and to the ruins..............................................

This place has a terrific location, 5 minutes from the train station to Machu Picchu. The breakfast is good. That is it. The staff is surly and unhelpful. Asked for a converter to 110, which half the world uses, and they said they didn't have one. The big Brazilian group following me was equally surprised and disappointed! The bathroom smelled... I am appalled at the pure hatred in one of the most recent reviews. While not perfection, for the price and the location and the views, this place was great! 5 minutes walk to downtown, 3 minutes to train station. Clean rooms, fresh (albeit limited breakfast), amazing views, and friendly staff (yes, with minimum english, but enough see as how... More

Only 2 things going for it - the view, if you can see it through the crud covered windows, and the location to the train station for when you are either going to macchu piccu or running away from the dump screaming for a tetanus! None of the staff spoke English but hey downright rude and ignorant is the same... More
