I'm so glad we decided to start our trip in Ollantaytambo. It is lower altitude that Cusco, it is a great gateway for Macchu Picchu and provides great exploration opportunities for the sacred valley. I would consider even making it the base for most of my stay, perhaps exploring Cusco only the first/last day of the trip. This hotel is... More

This is a new hotel constructed in a building to such purporse, which garantees the best quality in installation, services, heating, bathroom, bed, noise control, view, although without losing the boutique aspect of it. It's well positioned in Ollantaytamba, requiring a 7min walk to the station. But in our stay, the manager was so kind that, compensating for a minor... More

It is family run boutique hotel. Pros: Nice staff. Jonathan took care of us very well. He arranged a taxi to pick us up from Cusco airport, and to show the attractions of sacred valley. Nice breakfast. Nice view from bed room, second floor. Nice room and well equipped amenities. Away from usual traffic noise. Cons: Dog barking at unusual... More

Really nice place to stay in Ollyantaytambo. Family run hotel with super friendly and helpful staff situated about ten minutes walk from the main square where most of the restaurants are. I stayed twice either side of a trip to Machu Picchu and both the rooms I had were spotlessly clean and well furnished and the generous breakfast provided was... More

Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. Nice room and the second floor balcony has beautiful view of the valley and mountains. Only issue was lack of hot water on arrival. I had to ask staff to turn up the temperature on the water heater. Very nice breakfast and helpful staff. As mentioned before, the hotel is located... More

We stayed for 1 night after visiting the ruins in this Sacred Valley town and on our way to MP. Good size and clean room with a great view of the valley. The service is excellent, always willing to serve you with a smile. There is a good breakfast to give you energy to explore this interesting part of Perú.... More

A wonderful hotel in a great location. Service was really good and the staff is very friendly. Stay in this hotel to relax after the hike to Machu Picchu and explore the cozy town of Ollantaytambo. 100% recommended.

There are 3 things that make this hotel a great choice for a stay in Ollantaytambo. The location in a semi-rural setting on the edge of the village, the free extras (laundry, taxi to train station [which we declined as it is only a relatively short walk]), and most of all the staff who were so helpful and friendly.

This is a nice, family run hotel on the edge of Ollantaytambo. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the views are spectacular. Even though the hotel is on the "edge" of town, you're only an easy 5 minute stroll from the center. The nice part is, you're out of all the traffic and noise. For us, it was the... More
